Committee transcripts contain a table of contents, remarks by committee Members and presenters, recorded votes, and the names of the Members of the committee and committee staff (e.g., the clerk, the research officer, or legislative counsel).

Committee reports are substantive reports that contain the committee's observations, opinions, and recommendations concerning a matter that was studied. The study may be initiated by the committee itself or may be the result of an earlier referral by the House. Note: Some committee reports are only available as PDF, especially those published prior to the 1st Session of the 40th Parliament (which began October 6, 2011).
